1. 基本方針

square.work Group（運営：西村典弘、以下「当グループ」）は、square.work・triptube.jp・relations.style・gvoix.com および アプリ GvoiX Voice（以下「当サービス群」）において、ご利用者の個人情報を適切に保護することを重要な責務と考えています。本ポリシーは、当サービス群が収集・利用する情報の種類・目的・管理方法を説明するものです。

1. Basic Policy

square.work Group (operated by Norihiro Nishimura, hereinafter "we" or "our group") considers the appropriate protection of users' personal information to be an important responsibility across square.work, triptube.jp, relations.style, gvoix.com, and the GvoiX Voice application (collectively, "our services"). This policy describes the types, purposes, and management of information collected by our services.

2. 収集する情報

2-1. アクセス・ダウンロード時のIPアドレス（全サイト共通）

当サービス群のWebサイトでは、ページ閲覧・ファイルダウンロード時に、アクセス元のIPアドレスをサーバーログとして自動的に記録します。これはWebサーバーの標準的な動作です。

記録される情報：

  • IPアドレス（IPv4 / IPv6）
  • アクセス日時
  • リクエストしたURL・ファイル名
  • ブラウザ・OSの種別（User-Agent）
  • リファラー（遷移元URL）

2-2. ライセンスキー発行時のメールアドレス（GvoiX Voice）

GvoiX Voice の無料ライセンスキーをリクエストする際、メールアドレスを収集します。このメールアドレスはライセンスの発行・管理のみに使用し、第三者への提供は行いません。

2-3. 匿名インストール統計（GvoiX Voice アプリ）

アプリはインストール時に匿名の統計情報（アプリバージョン、国コード、ロケール、インストール元）を当サーバーに送信します。個人を特定できる情報は含まれません。

2-4. お問い合わせ情報

メール・お問い合わせフォームでご提供いただいた情報（氏名・メールアドレス等）は、返信・対応の目的にのみ使用します。

2. Information We Collect

2-1. IP Address at Access / Download (all websites)

Our websites automatically record the visitor's IP address as a server log when pages are viewed or files are downloaded. This is standard web server behavior.

Recorded information includes:

  • IP address (IPv4 / IPv6)
  • Date and time of access
  • Requested URL or filename
  • Browser and OS type (User-Agent)
  • Referrer (source URL)

2-2. Email Address for License Key Issuance (GvoiX Voice)

When you request a free license key for GvoiX Voice, we collect your email address solely to issue and manage the key. This email is not shared with third parties.

2-3. Anonymous Install Statistics (GvoiX Voice app)

The app sends anonymous installation statistics (app version, country code, locale, install source) to our servers upon installation. No personally identifiable information is included.

2-4. Contact Information

Information provided via email or contact forms (name, email address, etc.) is used solely to respond to and handle your inquiry.

3. 端末内のみに保存される情報（GvoiX Voice アプリ）

以下の情報はお使いの端末内にのみ保存され、当サーバーには送信されません。

  • xAI APIキー：ローカルのユーザープロファイルフォルダに保存。当サーバーには送信されません。
  • Google（Gmail）OAuthトークン：ローカルに保存。Google APIを通じてお客様に代わりメール下書きを作成する目的にのみ使用します。
  • 会話履歴・プロジェクトファイル：お使いの端末内に保存されます。

3. Information Stored Only on Your Device (GvoiX Voice app)

The following information is stored only on your local device and is never transmitted to our servers.

  • xAI API key: Stored in your local user profile folder. Never sent to our servers.
  • Google (Gmail) OAuth token: Stored locally. Used only to compose and send email drafts on your behalf via Google's API.
  • Conversation history and project files: Stored locally on your device.

4. 利用目的

収集した情報は、以下の目的にのみ使用します。

  • 不正アクセス・DoS攻撃・著作権侵害等のセキュリティ上の脅威への対処
  • サービスの安定運営およびサーバー障害の調査
  • ダウンロード数・アクセス傾向の集計（個人を特定しない形での統計分析）
  • GvoiX Voice ライセンスの発行・管理
  • 法令または公的機関からの適法な要請への対応

IPアドレスを利用者の識別・追跡・プロファイリングに使用することはありません。

4. Purpose of Use

Collected information is used only for the following purposes.

  • Addressing security threats such as unauthorized access, DoS attacks, and copyright infringement
  • Maintaining stable service operation and investigating server issues
  • Aggregating download counts and access trends (statistical analysis that does not identify individuals)
  • Issuing and managing GvoiX Voice licenses
  • Responding to lawful requests from courts or authorities

IP addresses are not used to identify, track, or profile individual users.

5. 保存期間

サーバーログは収集から 90日間 保存した後、自動的に削除またはローテーションされます。セキュリティ上の調査が必要な場合に限り、調査完了まで延長して保存することがあります。

ライセンスキー発行時のメールアドレスは、ライセンス管理のために保持します。削除を希望される場合はお問い合わせください。

匿名インストール統計は集計形式で期限なく保持します。

5. Data Retention

Server logs are retained for 90 days after collection, then automatically deleted or rotated. In cases where a security investigation is necessary, logs may be retained until the investigation is complete.

Email addresses collected during license key issuance are retained to support license management. You may request deletion by contacting us.

Anonymous install statistics are retained in aggregate form with no expiry.

6. 第三者への提供

当グループは、以下の場合を除き、収集した情報を第三者に提供・販売・貸与しません。

  • 法令に基づく開示要請（裁判所・捜査機関等）を受けた場合
  • 人の生命・身体・財産の保護のために緊急の必要性がある場合
  • ご本人の同意がある場合

6. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not provide, sell, or lend collected information to third parties except in the following cases.

  • When we receive a lawful disclosure request from a court or investigative authority
  • When there is an urgent need to protect life, body, or property
  • When we have the individual's consent

7. サードパーティサービス

当サービス群では、以下の外部サービスを使用しています。各サービスのプライバシーポリシーも併せてご確認ください。

Google Analytics・広告ネットワーク等の行動追跡ツールは使用していません。

7. Third-Party Services

Our services use the following external services. Please also review each service's own privacy policy.

  • Google Fonts (font loading) — Google Privacy Policy
  • xAI (Grok API) (GvoiX Voice) — Voice and text conversation data is sent to xAI's servers using your own API key. xAI Privacy Policy
  • Google Gemini API (GvoiX Voice) — Used when you select the Gemini Voice engine. Google Privacy Policy
  • Google Gmail API (GvoiX Voice) — Accessed only when you use the Gmail integration feature.

We do not use Google Analytics, advertising networks, or other behavioral tracking tools.

8. セキュリティ

サーバーへのアクセスは管理者に限定し、ログファイルへの不正アクセスを防止するための適切な措置を講じています。ただし、インターネット上での完全な安全性を保証することはできません。

8. Security

Server access is restricted to administrators, and appropriate measures are taken to prevent unauthorized access to log files. However, we cannot guarantee complete security over the internet.

9. Cookieについて

当サービス群では、トラッキング目的のCookieを使用していません。ブラウザのキャッシュ・セッション管理等でCookieが使われる場合がありますが、個人情報の収集を目的としたものではありません。

9. Cookies

Our services do not use tracking cookies. Cookies may be used for browser cache or session management purposes, but not for the purpose of collecting personal information.

10. お子様のプライバシー

GvoiX Voice は13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

10. Children's Privacy

GvoiX Voice is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
